Major features of the release include security enhancements, web browser-based SuperView – a powerful tool for Contact Center supervisors, enhanced call recording capabilities and more.
Web-Based Call Center Analytics and Management Tools
YipTel introduced the first iteration of SuperView in 2011 as a “one stop shop” for all contact center operation and management activity. The SuperView application was accessible via the Enterprise unified communication client. With Release 14, SuperView is now a web-based application available on any device via a web browser. Call center managers can move around freely while still having real-time statistics and alerts in front of them. No installation required.
Enterprise Reports Enhancements – Automatic Callback Request Analytics
Analytics on automatic callback requests from queue are now available on the Enterprise platform. Call Center managers may now see comprehensive data on how many callback requests were received, handled, not completed, and completed.
